We were asked by a customer to create a design for their existing conveyor belt. Custom engineering, in other words.
Their objective:
- Someone from their cleaning service should be able to easily remove the conveyor rollers for cleaning.
- This should be possible without using tools.
- No loose parts should be released.
- The correct position/adjustment should definitely be preserved.
- And as few modifications as possible should be made to the existing plant.
Sometimes the saying ‘less is more’ certainly applies. After submitting a few sketches and about 3 concepts to the client, our final design is not ‘rocket science’. But the most important thing is that it meets all the above requirements and wishes of the client and the design moved them forward well.

NESKO Engineering first comes for an interview to see exactly what is expected. To create manuals, a 3D model is needed in the first place. If this is not yet available, we can also convert your 2D plans or physical model into 3D.
Afterwards, we decide together how detailed, in what style, color or black and white, … the manual should be.
Then we get to work and provide interim updates so that the end result will look the way you envisioned!
