NESKO Engineering developed a number of “custom made” fixtures at the request of our customers.
Fixtures are used to clamp specific objects or products accurately and quickly, allowing one to machine them with the highest precision.
The fixtures were developed with CAD software, using a 3D model of the specific product to design an arrangement to achieve optimal clamping.
They were produced at very high precision. After production, they were extensively tested to ensure they would not damage the finished product.
Meanwhile, the fixtures have been delivered to our customer and have been integrated into a production process of high-precision products.
Since almost all of our projects require an NDA to be signed, we cannot show too many photos of the end result of the fixtures either.
