3D scanning & measuring

For this we use different types of scanners; the scanners we use to map production halls naturally have different accuracy and ‘coordinate coverage’ than a scanner you would use to scan an aircraft wing or to extract the negative from an injection mold.

3D scanning

The sample product is measured using the latest technologies such as 3D scanning. This digitally captures the exact dimensions again and, if necessary, refines them.

3D scanning is a modern technology that is mainly used when standard measurement methods are no longer sufficient.

We scan the parts or the entire machine and then, using powerful computers and software, fully convert it into a CAD model.

We map every individual component. By assembling all parts, they form a coherent static and dynamic whole.
