3D scanning
The sample product is measured using the latest technologies such as 3D scanning. This allows the exact dimensions to be digitally captured again and refined where necessary.
3D scanning is a modern technology that is mainly used when standard measurement methods are no longer a solution.
Then 3D scanning is the only option.
We scan the components or the entire machine and, using powerful computers and powerful software, fully convert it into a precise CAD model
We map every individual component. By combining all components, a static and dynamic whole is created. That is necessary to arrive at an assembly.
For this we use different types of scanners; the scanners we use to map production halls naturally have different accuracy and coordinate coverage than a scanner you would use to scan an aircraft wing or to extract the negative from an injection mold.
