FIXTURES

At the end of last year, Nesko Engineering developed several ‘custom made’ fixtures at the request of our customers.
Fixtures are used to clamp specific objects or products quickly and precisely, so they can be machined with the highest precision.

The fixtures were developed with CAD software, where, based on a 3D model of the specific product, a setup was designed to achieve optimal clamping.

The fixtures were manufactured to very high precision. After production, they were extensively tested to ensure they would not damage the finished product.

Meanwhile, the fixtures have been delivered to our customer and integrated into a production process for high-precision products.

Since an NDA has to be signed for almost all our projects, we also cannot show too many photos of the final result of the fixtures.
