Designing and manufacturing unique lifting hooks.
Nesko Engineering developed a number of ‘custom-made’ lifting hooks, intended for handling specific heavy products within a production hall. The hooks themselves had to be tailor-made for these specific products
Therefore, Nesko Engineering engaged in extensive discussions with the client to make their needs and wishes concrete. Our team then worked out several concepts and presented them to the customer each time for feedback. Since they are used every day, ergonomic and safe operation topped the wish list.
After a few feedback sessions, the hooks were ready for production.
Ultimately, they were manufactured with high precision and provided with CE certification. In the meantime, the lifting hooks have been delivered and were successfully integrated into the production hall.
