Sprayer track

This project was for our client AAMS-Salvarani. They are a Belgian company specialized in the development and production of testing, calibration, and measuring equipment for agricultural machinery.  

We developed a ‘sprayer track’ for them.  

This makes it possible to simulate spraying under controlled conditions as it would happen in real life. The system in the video will be integrated into a climate chamber to repeat measurements under different temperature and humidity conditions. The customer can also place various potted plants under the field sprayer to check the effect of the spray application on different crops. 

The carriage can move over the central section (4 meters) at a maximum speed of 6.5 m/s (+23 km/h). Everything is controlled and operated from user-friendly software.
