We were asked by a customer to create a design for their existing conveyor belt. Custom engineering, in other words.
Their objective:
- Someone from their cleaning team must be able to easily remove the conveyor rollers to clean them.
- This must be possible without tools.
- No loose parts may come free.
- The correct position/adjustment must be preserved.
- And as few modifications as possible should be made to the existing installation.
Sometimes the saying ‘less is more’ definitely applies. After a few sketches and presenting three concepts to the client, our final design isn’t ‘rocket science’. But most importantly, it meets all the requirements and wishes above, and the design has helped them move forward.

APPROACH
NESKO Engineering first meets with you to understand exactly what is expected. To create the manuals, a 3D model is required first and foremost. If this is not yet available, we can also convert your 2D drawings or physical model into 3D.
Afterwards, together we decide how detailed the manual should be, in which style, in color or black-and-white, …
Then we get to work and provide interim updates so that the end result looks the way you envisioned!
