We developed a steel lifting frame to safely transport a set of eight aluminum hatch covers measuring 14 x 7 meters. The frame had to be reusable, capable of handling a total weight of 34 tons, and, of course, CE certified.
The frame was designed using Solidworks and then subjected to a virtual strength analysis. Once the model was optimized, the frames were manufactured.
