Job description
As a CAD drafter/designer, you are responsible for the entire process from A to Z, in other words from the concept phase to production. This includes the design phase and engineering. You have frequent contact with the internal team, customers, and suppliers. You are responsible for the assignments entrusted to you. The areas of work are (mechanical) engineering-related, adhering to the highest possible quality standards.

Profile
For this position, we are looking for people who are motivated and enthusiastic. In addition, you have:
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software: SolidWorks / Inventor
- Technical and spatial insight with knowledge of basic manufacturing techniques (turning, milling…)
- Good knowledge of materials; tolerances and fits have no secrets for you
- Good communication skills in the usual languages
- A positive mindset and an assertive personality
- Flexibility, enabling you to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to take responsibility.

- Compile and modify bills of materials from plans and technical files
- Create and modify plans with detailed drawings.
- Define dimensions for parts, subunits (subassemblies) or units (assemblies)
- Study and design parts, subunits (subassemblies) or units (assemblies)
- Develop rough sketches, systems, or units (assemblies)
Required education
- Professionally oriented bachelor’s degree (PBA)
- equivalent through experience.
Work experience
- At least 15 years of experience

- Dutch (very good)
