ADMINISTRATIVE COLLEAGUE
As an administrative colleague you support the daily operations of NESKO Engineering by handling administrative processes, document management, and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You contribute to efficient business operations and the proper follow-up of projects, invoicing, and internal organization.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail).
- Drafting, processing, and archiving contracts
- Support project administration and tracking of deadlines.
- Prepare and follow up on payments and purchase invoices in collaboration with accounting.
- Maintain contact with customers and suppliers for administrative follow-up.
- Manage personnel files, leave requests, and HR administration.
- Support the organization of internal meetings and reporting.
- Help improve and streamline administrative processes.
- Keep project planning up to date
- Help close out projects
- Process orders
- Create projects
Profile
For this role, we are looking for people who are motivated and enthusiastic. In addition, you have:
- Education in administration, accounting, or secretarial management, or equivalent through experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical or project-based environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Exact Online or similar software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Accurate, reliable, and proactive.
- Good verbal and written communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
