NESKO Engineering developed a number of custom-made fixtures at the request of our clients.
Fixtures are used to clamp specific objects or products accurately and quickly, so they can be machined with the highest precision.

The fixtures were developed using CAD software, where based on a 3D model of the specific product a setup was designed to achieve optimal clamping.

They were manufactured to very high precision. After production, they were extensively tested to ensure that they would not damage the finished product.

In the meantime, the fixtures have been delivered to our client and integrated into a production process for high-precision products.

Since an NDA has to be signed for almost all our projects, we also cannot show too many photos of the fixtures’ final result.
