This project was for our client AAMS-Salvarani. They are a Belgian company specialized in the development and production of testing, calibration, and measuring equipment for agricultural machinery.
We developed a ‘Sprayer track’ for them.
This Sprayer track makes it possible to simulate spraying under controlled conditions as it would happen in real life. The system in the video will be integrated into a climate chamber to enable measurements to be repeated under different temperature and humidity conditions. The client can also place different potted plants under the field sprayer to check the effect of the spraying application on different crops.
The trolley on the Sprayer track can be moved across the middle section (4 meters) at a maximum speed of 6.5 m/s (+23 km/h). Everything is controlled and operated from user-friendly software.
